Glass Fiber Rods
The glass fiber rods available in the Carbon Center portfolio are manufactured from unidirectional fibers reinforced with epoxy or polyester resin. The glass fiber content in the rods ranges between 65–80%.

Carbon Fiber Rods
The offered rods are manufactured from unidirectional carbon fibers in an epoxy resin matrix. The carbon fiber content in the Carbon Center product range is approximately 65%.
As a result of the manufacturing process, the rods feature a naturally smooth surface with a standard tolerance of ± 0.1 mm. This tolerance can be further reduced to ± 0.03 mm through centerless surface grinding.
